Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the sales and profit of both National and Private brands in the Fresh category.
 
More specifically, you shall perform the following duties:
  • Achieving annual sales and profit budgets
  • Monthly and annual forecasting
  • Managing trade spend to maximize ROI
  • Engaging cross functional partners to support a total team selling strategy
  • Developing new products with the marketing team and PRIME committee;
  • Drafting thorough monthly reviews for each activity sector and presenting them to the clients;
  • Negotiating renewals and new contracts;
  • Working closely with the category procurement managers. Addressing all questions and concerns, following up, mapping up the next steps;
  • Overseeing communicating and updating the status of the private brand internally;
  • Ensuring price increases are rolled out;
  • Updating sales and budget forecasts.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or other related academic training;
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience managing major accounts (retail);
  • Knowledge of National and Private brand products;
  • Understanding of Nielsen & Customer POS Data
  • High computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel etc.);
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills;
  • Position requires limited travel to see clients.
