The Business development role work with the Sales and Growth team and customers to execute our brand strategies and develop strategies and planning to acquire new customers per subchannel. We’re seeking individuals who have a passion for our brands and building relationships across all levels across our NAOU network organization

Location – Canada (Virtual - work from home - Toronto preferred)

 

What You’ll Do for Us

Business Development (70%)

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of a revenue growth plan.

  • partner with other sales associate in order to determine the most effective way to grow the company's business.

  • Responsible to develop strategies and execution for new account opportunities per FSOP subchannel

  • Acts as a system-wide expert on Business Development strategy, business systems, and operating philosophy of business development for the sales teams

  • Develop team engagements, planning and team roles and responsibilities for new acquisitions.

 

Account Management (30% )

  • Accountable for plan, forecasting and managing to budget as well as customers results

  • Works with the FSOP account team to manage key aspects of the strategic business relationship with multiple customers

  • Develops annual business plan with customer, bottler, and team input that outlines key strategies and initiatives for Coca-Cola growth within customer's management and our system.

  • Ensures business plan and marketing activities are developed and executed to deliver volume, profit, and customer satisfaction assurances made to all stakeholders during business acquisition and/or stewardship planning

  • Grows level of customer satisfaction, maintains win/win business relationship, and ensures proactive and effective communication with all key buying influences.

  • Manages communication with our system and customer field network to ensure constant application of strategies as outlined in the annual business plan and flawless execution of programs

  • Aligns and use system resources when needed to implement marketing and operational programs according to plan, schedule, and budget

  • Accountable for problem solving operational or exceptional issues with customers or bottler

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred

  • 8+ years of key account experience and or growth experience with a beverage/consumer packaged goods experience

  • Able to demonstrate experience in sales, persuasion, negotiating and managing a medium to large book of business.

  • Must have experience in managing price package plans for customers aligned with bottler

  • Knowledge of bottler system , fountain environment and systems

  • Proven ability to manage proactively needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems with business development planning experience

  • Must possess CBP and CFV selling knowledge with proven execution and ability to create & sell-in customer promotional programs & key initiatives

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner
