Northern Apex is seeking experienced Client Service Representatives for a Credit Union in Halifax. This is a full-time, on-site role, with the opportunity for advancement. Client Service Representatives are responsible for greeting banking clients, providing information, instructions, and if applicable, scheduling appointments with appropriate departments. You will not be required to assist with transactions or direct banking needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

$21 per hour

Qualified candidates will:

Have completed High School or equivalent
Possess strong communication skills
Have experience in a customer/client focused environment
Demonstrated experience using banking applications, POS systems, and possess general computer competency
Be goal oriented, organized, professional and an eager problem solver
