This opportunity…

As a member of the Client Service Specialist (CSS) team, the CSS reports to the Supervisor, Client Service Specialist and provides front-line client-focused support by troubleshooting minor IT issues and managing service requests from initial triage to resolution. This position is client focused, adept at evaluating and triaging issues, and confidently interacts with internal support teams and stakeholders, ensuring appropriate expectations are set and met within our environment. To succeed in this role, you will be providing outstanding client service, have strong communication skills (verbal and written), effectively prioritize competing demands and maintain a high level of accuracy in highly repetitive tasks.

Essential Qualifications (what we’re looking for in your resume):

  • Significant experience in a client service role
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware or software
  • Experience working in a call-center environment is an asset
  • Post-secondary coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field is an asset
