JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Serve as the site ATO coordinator overseeing the implementation of the following initiatives to drive 100% mindset:
    • Root Cause Analysis
    • Clean and Tag/ATO Transformation
    • Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members
  • Conduct 5 Why Certification
  • Extract, evaluate and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems
  • Ensure that clean and tag boards are up to date
  • Ensure that trackers are updated and accurate
  • Lead Clean and Tag events. Communicate and provide updates to site Senior Leadership Team
  • Lead application and execution of VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) for area (manage visual boards)
  • Utilize VPO tools to achieve KPI targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, Gap analysis, meeting schedules and action logs, 5-why’s, Problem Terminator, PDCA and SCDA cycles, etc.)
  • Effectively work with management team and champion change efforts
  • Report out on problem solving in various forums
  • Lead problem solving meetings to identify gaps, actions, and track progress
  • Coordinates with other teams to prioritize maintenance items for area

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School education or GED
  • Work experience to include manufacturing
  • Basic knowledge of grain handling systems
  • Knowledge of the malting process preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, technical/problem solving skills
  • After hours call support
  • Monday – Friday day shift with opportunities for overtime
  • Effectively manages time between the floor and administrative duties
