OVERVIEW:

Working in a flexible work style arrangement, we have an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, team-oriented, results-driven Customer Experience (CX) Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator who takes initiative, supports their peers and see’s things from a customer’s perspective and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support CX plans, projects, and programs
  • Assist in the design and preparation of materials (reviews, dashboards, executive summaries), which require research or compiling of disparate information sources.
  • Coordinate and plan activities and events, both internally and with Alberta Blue Cross customers and partners.
  • Track progress on deliverables, analyzes metrics and produce project summary reports
  • Support our CX culture transformation by managing specific programs across the organization
  • Acts as a central point of contact for the CX team for engagement and status on programs/plans
  • Analyze metrics and produce project summary reports.
  • Supports the CX Director and team with various tasks as required

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a corporate environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills – listening, written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and resourceful.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple marketing tasks, projects and deadlines all without jeopardizing quality.
  • Self-motivated and flexible with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Attitude and approach of continuous improvement.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong networking and relationship skills with demonstrated client management skills.
  • Previous marketing experience is an asset.
  • Project management experience is an asset.
  • Facilitation experience is an asset.
