Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, team players to join our growing Sales Centre team. Modern PURAIR® is one of the fastest-growing franchise systems in Canada and the Sales Centre provides a world-class customer experience to potential new and existing customers of our 40+ franchise locations across Canada through call, email, and text!

A Day in the Life:

• Answer incoming inquiries by phone, email, and text
• Provide a world-class customer experience to potential new and existing clients
• Educate customers on the importance of Indoor Air Quality and the PURAIR way
• Participate in a comprehensive and thorough initial training program
• Also participate in ongoing coaching and training beyond the initial training program by experienced team members to continuously be developing skills
• Be directly rewarded for your hard work by being paid hourly + commissions (after graduation of training)
• Work with a team of like-minded individuals in a fun, and competitive office environment
• Be a team player by assisting other team members with their tasks as needed
