We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players to join our Rentals team as a Customer Service Representative. Full-Time & Part-Time, Seasonal positions for our Whitehorse Dealership in the Yukon. Hours and days of work will be determined by business levels. The dealership is open 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Sunday; Applicants must have flexibility to work overtime and either a Saturday or Sunday as part of their shift.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a vital role in ensuring our customers’ vacation dreams are realized. Responsible for the customer experience, this position interacts with customers for the beginning and conclusion of their vacation. As an ambassador of the organization, this role provides expert information on our rentals and local tourist information, along with ensuring customers’ expectations are always exceeded.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Providing fast and efficient service with departures and returns
  • Quality check for departing and returning RVs
  • Demonstrating features of the RV rental fleet
  • Solving customer concerns and/or issues in a friendly manner
  • Basic administrative duties, processing of financial transactions and reports
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be a person of integrity and always make a positive contribution to your work environment
  • Be reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Have a friendly outgoing personality and love working with an international clientele
  • Be fluent in English (additional languages including German or Dutch is considered an asset)
