Position Description

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responding to any and all customer inquiries and concerns related to RFBT’s drinks, products, and processes using a variety of communication mediums, such as by phone or email, in a professional and courteous manner. They will be the front-line connection between Real Fruit Bubble Tea Inc. and its customers and will help to ensure overall customer satisfaction. To ensure ample knowledge of all of RFBT’s products and processes, the Customer Service Representative will also be supporting our store operations to get a firsthand experience of RFBT’s mission of sharing our drinks with everyone.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers and staff through various channels, such as by phone or email.
  • Know RFBT’s products and processes inside and out in order to answer questions confidently.
  • Communicate and coordinate with RFBT partners and colleagues to solve and respond to customer inquiries and concerns as necessary.
  • Provide support in our store operations as a Barista by preparing drinks according to customer preference and standard RFBT recipes.

· Handle and process all customer payments, in the form of cash or credit/debit, accurately on the POS system.

· Greet customers in a professional manner and record their drink order into the POS system based on their preferences and customization requests.

· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of RFBT’s Headquarters and Warehouse location.

· Perform ad hoc office administrative tasks as needed.

Expectations of the Successful Candidate

· 2+ years of office administrative or customer service experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese (written and verbal) is an asset

· Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

· Strong ability to manage time well and multi-task accordingly

· Proficiency with using Microsoft Office applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
