Full Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist (Temp) will provide support to the Panthercard Department at Georgia State University.

Specific Job Duties:

Produces and distributes ID cards for students, staff, faculty and affiliates.
Process parking permits to Faculty, Staff and Students.
Address parking and/or transportation issues at the GSU Perimeter campuses.
Responds to customer’s inquiries and complaints in a professional manner by phone or in person.
Maintains current information for dissemination to customers.
Responsible for collecting, replenishing and servicing all PHIL machines on the GSU Perimeter campuses.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or high school diploma or GED and six years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Hiring Qualifications :

Prior experience working with student housing or living on campus and the housing application process for on campus student housing.
Prior experience working with room rental sales within the hotel industry or apartment rental services.
Prior customer service experience.
Able to write, review, and edit the departmental communication and website information.
