Our Contract Logistics Team is looking for a new Customer Service Rep

YOUR ROLE

The Customer Service Representative for Digital Returns is responsible for the clerical day to day duties within the department. They will report to the Lead for the department, and work alongside the CSRs and team to accomplish these tasks. Schedule: Monday – Friday or Tuesday-Saturday Shift: 8am – 4:30 pm

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

General


  • Support with flexibility other areas of the operation as needed
  • Understand that additional hours/days of work will be needed as volumes dictate, particularly during special events or customer exceptions
  • QSHE – Follow requirements as dictated by the QSHE team. Assist in preparation and successful passing of internal audits
  • KNPS – Help grow and support operations through KNPS continuous improvement culture
  • Participate or support in daily company safety commitments and/or KN Care

Daily Duties


  • Read and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete daily assignments
  • Prioritize and complete requests from customer
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Data Entry
  • Processing pending RAs utilizing ATG
  • Ship sample requests, reship bounce backs, client accommodation requests, ect
  • Accurately update hold tag file for any necessary adjustments
  • Resolve open client issues on the ticketing tool (SalesForce) and daily escalation email
  • Open tickets for empty parcels, tech error orders, ect
  • Process exchanges and exceptions
  • Assist Lead and/or Supervisor with daily tasks as needed
  • Support in training and cross training associates within the department
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace that meets 5S standards

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Knowledge of:


  • Warehouse management systems
  • Warehouse processes and interpersonal skills

Skills and/or Experience:


  • Ability to successfully communicate – both verbal and written
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel
  • AS400 experience or any WMS experience helpful
  • Proficient Data Entry Skills
  • Ability to follow through and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to efficiently solve problems
  • Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
  • Must be organized
