About you:

You are an experienced Business Development Manager who thrives in new client development and business opportunities. You are a self starter with great communication and organization, who enjoys client interactions and seeks out the opportunity to build relationships with others. You have experience managing through the needs of risk and compliance all while sourcing new business and prospects. You love new challenges and have exceptional problem-solving skills in order to provide world class customer interactions.

About you / qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in an issuing/payments sales or Business Development role
  • Excitement about the issuing and digital payments space
  • Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcome
  • Strong sales financial insight
  • High level of problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication sills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics

About the day-to-day:

  • Able to articulate the full suite of issuing and digital enablement services to clients
  • Able to liaise with internal teams to deliver solutions to prospective clients
  • Selling and delivering multi year contracts with upselling and cross selling solutions
  • Accurately forecasting opportunity bookings through Microsoft Dynamics
  • Influence sales direction and input into product roadmap using market knowledge and quantifiable facts
  • Facilitate and lead pipeline meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Effective management of all phases of sales lifecycle
