**we are looking to hire someone for night shift/day shift. Minimum 2 days a week will be 3rd shift**

Renovated hotel with a great staff and great customers! Enjoy seeing a smile a customers faces when they are satisfied with staying at Rodeway Inn!

We are looking for a person to have great customer service skills, loyal, dependable, can work flexible hours, basic computer knowledge and is professional.

Duties include:
handling the front desk hotel system
answering phone calls
providing great customer service to ensure guest are satisfied with their stay
checking in guest, checking out guest
handling reservations
taking care of shift checklist and hotel policies, rules. Etc.

Keeping the hotel clean as well as laundry that is split between all shifts

Hotel or customer service experience is a plus but is not required. Training will be provided at the Rodeway Inn in Coopersville. Excellent customer service skills and reliability is a must.

Part Time or Full time is available.
