Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our HR team as an HR Call Center Representative at the corporate office in Camarillo, CA. This is a full-time position.

Job overview and responsibilities:

This position serves as the primary resource for employees, managers, internal and external business partners, as well as other third-party entities regarding inquiries related to Human Resources in general and across domains of benefits, compensation, HR policies, HR systems and more.

  • Provide quality customer service in response to inquiries made via phone or email from Employees, Managers, as well as External Business contacts
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs. Work efficiently to resolve and close tickets accurately and timely
  • Use procedures, policies, knowledge database and other reference materials to assist in answering inquiries
  • Initiate outbound calls to follow up on various incomplete items
  • Prepare employment related documents, such as new hire and change notices as needed
  • Perform related administrative duties such as preparation of reports, special projects and other duties as required

Must be able to handle and maintain confidential and non-routine information by implementing discernment, discretion and diplomacy. Will be expected to exercise initiative, sound judgment and make decisions within the scope of authority. Will be expected to consistently demonstrate ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs, such as reprioritizing work as necessary.

Required:

  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to work effectively with HR team members, senior management, and employees
  • Possess solid organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred:

  • Familiarity and understanding of HR policies and procedures
