What will your typical day look like?

  • Play a key role in our newly formed Business Transformation Office helping to integrate the portfolio of Global and local transformation programs
  • Lead and support high priority and visible business process redesign across the portfolio of transformation programs
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with senior leadership groups, a variety of business and technical teams, and other member firms
  • Design and facilitate workshops, synthesizing information using analytical frameworks to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems
  • Lead and coach team(s), and ensure that the team’s work creates impact for the business while ensuring risks are identified and addressed
  • Lead preparation of deliverables and presentations to assist governance bodies in making decisions. Contribute content for presentations and reports, as well as supporting analytics for consumption by various levels of leadership
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis including use of a wide variety of analytics platforms
  • Lead business case development and assessment, including scoping of work and outlining deliverables
  • Lead project management including creating and maintaining workplans, performing quality reviews of deliverables, determining resource needs and facilitating team building/eminence activities
  • Solicit & deliver feedback on performance, identify development opportunities for self & identify opportunities for broader team

About the team

As a member of the Business Transformation Office (BTO) team, you will work alongside a dedicated team of experienced consultants to successfully implement business transformations across the firm – from idea to impact.
The BTO collaborates closely with Deloitte Global, other member firms, and Canadian leadership to spearhead firm priorities and optimize our internal functions so that our practitioners can focus on delivering innovative and best in class services to our clients. As part of the BTO team you will be instrumental in shaping the way our firm does business now and in the future.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who has:
  • At least 6+ years of experience in a consulting or project-based environment
  • Demonstrated experience successfully working with business analysis methodologies, performance measurements and business process modeling
  • Strong relationship builder with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in all phases of business transformation
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Robust verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.), data analytics/statistics
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Exhibited experience owning and delivering on multiple, complex workstreams
  • Prior experience in the professional services industry or in a strategy or innovation role
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an asset, but not required
  • Experience in creating presentations for executive audiences
