Job Description

full time

Benefits

We’re excited to add someone new to our partnership who is super smart, enjoyable, and eager to contribute.
Who You Are

When we close our eyes and picture you, we see you completing your work competently and having fun.

You are a good communicator. You make clear and direct requests and regularly re-state what the other person has said so that you both have clarity.

You keep your personal and professional life organized. You have no issue tracking your projects and commitments. And, when things are off-track, you let the right people know and adjust.

You have high standards for yourself. You take personal responsibility and adjust when your hopes don’t meet your expectations.

Your work is meaningful to you. You’re constantly gathering knowledge and applying what you learn to improve your work. Your work is important and fun for you.

Required Education, Experience, or Skills

We will consider candidates who:
have at least three years of full-time work experience as an office manager, administrative support, or in high-level customer service;

have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce or Business Administration) or an Office Administration Diploma;

are technologically confident and have a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification or equivalent experience using Office; and

live in Ontario and are eligible to work in Canada.
Who We Are

We are a boutique tax litigation firm located in Toronto. We help our clients have better litigation experiences and results. We want to add people who can help us do that better.

We’re different than every other law firm. We’re offering you a culture and career different from most organizations we know. We have high standards, and we work hard to do everything well. And we’re confident that our mindset and growth trajectory will give you a unique opportunity to learn, do great work, and chase your potential.

We see that we will not achieve our purpose without equity, diversity, and inclusion. We believe that we increase our collective intelligence when our team members have different interests, backgrounds, and experiences. We see that equity, diversity, and inclusion are critical to seeing and thinking in new ways.

Our Offer
Competitive Pay – $55,000 to $65,000 annual salary

Great Team & Clients – We work with lovely people who we really care about
What You'll Do
