Hours of work are 9 am til 1 pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

In order to make a positive impact as part of our team, your main area of expertise in this role will be to:

· Primarily focus on providing administrative and clerical support for data entry as well as invoice preparation.

· Preparation of bank deposits, payment statements for client families.

· Stocking and printing of forms

· Answering telephone inquiries as needed

· Other duties as required.

Job Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years Receptionist/Office Administrator experience

· High School Diploma, however, post-secondary education is strongly preferred

· Exceptional customer-service skills and high level of compassion and integrity

· Exposure to accounting is an asset

· Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and keyboarding

· Knowledge of operating standard office equipment

. Previous experience within the funeral professional an asset

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
