You as a Product Development Manager (Digital Twin) will:

  • Be a key member of the Infrastructure Services & Technology (IST) team and lead the delivery of our digital twin solution. The target market for this application will be asset owners, property management firms and facility management companies.
  • Create an IoT vision and coordinate the strategies for new products as well as enhancements of existing products across the operating term;
  • Project manage the product design team, identifying technical roadblocks and proposing solutions;
  • Develop the product development schedule, including design development, proof of concept, implementation, and commissioning;
  • Lead the development of a detailed roadmap integrating technology and business processes of IST business units;
  • Ensure financial discipline and demonstrated experience managing projects on time and budget;
  • Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Provide a pathway to successful implementation by utilizing the added values of BIM, IoT, wireless technology, and Digital Twin concepts.

Is this the right role for you?

  • You are a business partnership focused individual who has previous experience in leading digital transformation projects across cross-functional and geographic areas;
  • You feel energized by working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software, and external partners;
  • Proven ability to work in a customer facing/consulting environment, including delivering presentations;
  • Experience leading projects through all phases of the development / lifecycle;
  • An understanding of building systems such as Building Automation, Lighting Control, Metering and HVAC and how these systems communicate is an asset;
  • An understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computerized Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS) is required;
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity and communication skills to encourage clients to execute their digital roadmap;
  • Experience in developing digital strategies and implementing digital transformation concepts in medium to large construction projects;
  • Experience in leading and successfully delivering application development projects;
  • Familiarity with data visualization applications, and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM) geometry, metadata, and materials;
  • A strong understanding of data integration and enterprise systems with the ability to discuss code design fluently and comprehensively.
