Reporting into the HR Director with a dotted line Into the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition in the US, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting extraordinary talent for Red Bull Canada's Beverage and Distribution (RBCD) teams. This role will play a critical role in leveraging recruitment best practices to implement Talent Acquisition processes and tools for the Red Bull Canada organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will ensure best-in-class premium candidate experience throughout the entire candidate lifecycle and will lead emerging programs and vendor management (e.g., agencies) programs.

  • FUEL RED BULL WITH AN OVERABUNDANCE OF EXTRODINARY TALENT

    Manage full life cycle recruiting efforts (profiling, sourcing, screening, and evaluation) for various levels and roles across Beverage and Distribution businesses

    Advise hiring managers on Talent Acquisition best practices

    Promote transparency in the TA process by ensuring frequent communication touchpoints

    Review, assess, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidates

    Run an efficient and compliant talent acquisition process

  • CREATE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR STRATEGIC TALENT ACQUISITION DECISIONS

    Champion Talent Acquisition thought leadership across Red Bull Canada

    Partner with leaders and Human Resources to identify opportunities for future talent needs and pipelines (e.g., emerging programs)

    Anticipate future talent requirements to support growth and/or new business initiatives

    Maintain current market research on Canadian landscape and beverage industry dynamics

    Provide the talent context to support “top talent” decisions for hiring managers

  • PROVIDE A RECRUITING EXPERIENCE CONSISTENT WITH RED BULL'S BRAND PROMISE

    Leverage US Talent Acquisition tools and best practices for implementation of recruiting processes in Canada

    Support change management efforts on new Talent Acquisition processes and programs

    Continuously identify opportunities to improve

    Own the candidate experience from start to finish

    Provide business, system, and TA process training, as needed

    Be the main point of contact for relationships with external recruitment firms

 
EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years’ experience at an outside recruiting agency and/or in-house talent team
  • Experience with consumer-packaged goods, beverage, distribution, or media industries
  • Prior success identifying and recruiting talent across various departments
  • Proven client and change management experience
  • Experience with stakeholder management across all levels
  • Excellent phone presence with refined email and social media best practice expertise
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Travel 0-10%
  • Permanent
