Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year call centre experience
  • Ability to multi-task well
  • Excellent active listener
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age or more and legally eligible to work in Canada full-time.
